How long does delivery take?How long does delivery take?
Your parcel should be with you within 3 working days of your order being placed (excluding the day the order is placed). Please check your emails as this is how you will be contacted if there is a problem with your order. Please also note that, as your parcel is in the hands of Royal Mail/ Business Post, on rare occasions it may take up to 5 working days to arrive.

Your parcel will be delivered at anytime from 8am-6pm. Unfortunately, we cannot give any specific delivery times. It is, however, possible to specify a morning or afternoon delivery when placing your order. Please see the postage page for more information.
What happens if I have not heard anything within 3 working days?What happens if I have not heard anything within 3 working days?
You will receive an automated order confirmation email when you place your order. If you do not recieve this please send us the details of your order via email.

You should then receive either a dispatch email or an email detailing a problem with your order. These are normally sent within 24 hours of you placing your order. If you haven't heard anything within 3 working days please send us an email with your order information and we will be happy to assist in resolving any problems with your order.

Yes you can return an item.

We are happy to refund or exchange any item that is unworn / unused (tents must not have been unpacked), and is in the same condition as when it was sent. We are only able to do this if we receive the returned item within 10 working days of the delivery of your order.

Returning an item is simple. All you need to do is to download and complete a Returns Form !!

and post your item to Outdoor Action Ltd, 26 King Street , Blackburn, BB2 2DH.
We strongly suggest that you return all items via registered post with the correct insurance. We cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in the post.

If you cannot find an appropriate tariff for your address please send us an email with your requirements and the details of the product you wish to purchase. We will then endeavour to get you a quote.
What happens if my payment is declined?What happens if my payment is declined?
If your payment is declined you will be sent an email stating this fact. At this point your order will be cancelled and if you wish to proceed you will need to replace your order with a different payment method i.e. a different card. Unfortunately, we do not hold any information on why your card was declined. For this information you will need to contact that card issuer. Please note we will only attempt two declined cards from one customer. After this we will not process any more orders due to the expense of attempting to authorise a declined payment. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

For security and to help us deal with your order expediently it is strongly recommend that you place your order over the internet. In addition, you will not be able to track your parcel if the order is placed by telephone.
