The Happy Cow Leather used in the upper is carefully selected by the brand to ensure performance and durability and is treated to limit the absorption of water and dirt. The upper features a Quick Fit system to provide a more comfortable and secure fit. This upper accommodates the foot's natural shape and position, whilst raised edges offer toe protection and a toe bar helps to correctly position the toes to facilitate a natural walk and prevent the foot from sliding forward as you walk. Lastly, elastic laces with cord-lock ensures your feet remain in place for an enhanced fit.

With a thin profile and low heel-to-toe drop, the vibram rubber outsole provides the sandal with the best feeling of contact with the ground whilst its extremely flexible construction which allows the foot to move naturally throughout wear. The outsole features multi-directional lugs for excellent grip on rock, mud and wet terrain whilst also containing self-cleaning properties to prevent excess mud and dirt gathering on the outsole.

Can i try Footwear at home first?

With any pair of footwear Outdoor Action lets you try them on at home in side your home so that you can make sure they are the correct fit and you are happy with them. Providing any footwear has not been worn outside and they come back in there original box and resalable we can accept them back for exchange or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any footwear back if they have been worn outside or they are not in their original condition*.

How do i clean Walking Boots & Shoes?

If you have had a muddy or wet walk its best to clean your footwear as soon as possible. Generally warm water and a brush will clear off any mud and dirt. There are specialist cleaners you can use as well. Its also worth giving the insides a rinse as well to get rid of any grit that may of fallen inside .

Do not try and speed dry any footwear by putting them by a fire or radiator. This causes the outer materials to dry and crack easily. Let them dry naturally at room temperature. Maybe try putting kitchen roll or newspaper inside to help if they are saturated.

Can I return an item?

We can accept goods back for exchange or refund or Credit, The goods need to be of re-saleable quality and all labels and relevant paperwork are present. We will not accept any item back that has been worn, or not in a re-saleable condition i.e animal hair's, odors from smoke or fragrances, or any sign that goods have been used other than inspecting indoors.

Before sending your item back please make sure of the following
•    The item is still in a new and unused condition, free of odors and pet hairs
