The Ice Mat 100 is an invaluable self-inflating base camp mat that has been carefully designed to provide extra durability and the maximum warmth and comfort feasible in extreme conditions.

This is a very substantial mat in every dimension, measuring more than seven inches longer and six inches wider than the standard full-sized mat. It is a full four-inches thick upon inflation, making it more like a mattress, yet it still fully self-inflates and rolls up to less than eight inches thick.

As such, it weighs in at a hefty 2.25kg which is fine when you’re leaving it at base camp. And with typical attention to detail, Multimat has even fitted it with Velcro joining strips so several mats can be joined together to cover an entire floor.

It is also covered in the thickest polyester fabric (150 denier) we use and the base is given a non-slip water repellent coating.

With all our usual extras, including retaining straps to keep it tightly rolled and microfiber-lined stuff sack to double as a warm pillow, the Ice Mat 100 is a unique self-inflating base camp mat and it takes some beating.

How to look after an airbed?

Make sure you check under where the bed is being put, make sure its free from any debris, sharp objects or anything that may puncture the bed.

Do NOT Jump on the airbeds

Store the bed in a dry location away from any damp or where rodents may get to it.

How much should I inflate an airbed?

Ideally an airbed should not be inflated to 100% to allow for any weight of the person to be dispersed. So ideally around 85-90%.

How long to inflate a Self-Inflating bed?

This will greatly depend on the size and shape of the airbed. However, from New you may need to inflate for around 24 hours as its has been stored factory rolled.

Ideally if you can store a self-inflating mat inflated such as in a wardrobe. The time it takes to inflate is massively decreased. All mats can have a few extra blows to inflate to desired firmness, making sure you do NOT over inflate the bed.

Can I return an item?

We can accept goods back for exchange or refund or Credit, The goods need to be of re-saleable quality and all labels and relevant paperwork are present. We will not accept any item back that has been worn, or not in a re-saleable condition i.e animal hair's, odors from smoke or fragrances, or any sign that goods have been used other than inspecting indoors.

Before sending your item back please make sure of the following
•    The item is still in a new and unused condition, free of odors and pet hairs
