Bla Band Taco Stew – Dry Main Meal

Bla Band Taco Stew is part of Bla Band’s range of dry main meals, originally developed for military use and now widely enjoyed for outdoor adventures.

Nutritional Values (per prepared pouch):

Convenient Preparation
These meals are designed for simplicity and practicality. Just tear open the pouch, add boiling water, reseal, and eat directly from it. The packaging, developed together with Flextrus, uses high-barrier Flextrus Transofoil® laminate, which provides excellent strength and insulation. Special side labels make handling easier and help retain heat.

The pouch itself is wide and shallow, making it easier to eat directly from, and includes clear water-level markings inside to ensure the correct amount is added.

Freeze-Drying Expertise
Not all ingredients respond equally well to freeze-drying. Bla Band uses a combination of freeze-drying, vacuum-drying, puff-drying, and air-drying to ensure the best flavour, texture, and nutritional value in every meal. The result is a tasty and energy-rich main meal – simply add hot or cold water.

Preparation Instructions

  1. Tear off the top and fold out the base.

  2. Add 400 ml of boiling water (to level H).

  3. Stir thoroughly.

  4. Reseal and leave for 10 minutes.

 

Tip: If preparing with cold water, extend the standing time to over 30 minutes.

Can I return an item?

We can accept goods back for exchange or refund or Credit, The goods need to be of re-saleable quality and all labels and relevant paperwork are present. We will not accept any item back that has been worn, or not in a re-saleable condition i.e animal hair's, odors from smoke or fragrances, or any sign that goods have been used other than inspecting indoors.

As it’s the buyer’s responsibility to post goods back, we highly recommend using a courier with the correct insurance and proof of delivery back to us. We cannot be held liable for items lost in post.

Before sending your item back please make sure of the following

  • The item is still in a new and unused condition, free of odours and pet hairs
  • All labels and swing tags are still attached to the garment, and any boxed items are kept in the original box.
  • Any items which are blister packed are still in the condition in which they are sent.
  • Tents and canopies have not been erected and still in their original box.
  • If your order included a promotional item (such as a free gift or multi-buy offer), all items must be returned in full to qualify for a complete refund; otherwise, the value of any retained items will be deducted from your refund.
