How do outdoor stoves work?

Liquid fuel stoves use liquid fuels like white gas or kerosene, providing more versatility in extreme weather conditions and higher altitudes. 

Solid fuel stoves use small tablets or pellets of compressed fuel as their energy source, which are ignited in a designated compartment within the stove. As they burn, they produce a flame that heats the stove's cooking surface.   

Gas camping stoves use a valve, which, when opened, releases the gas to the burner head. When ignited, it produces a controlled flame for cooking.
