Gift Vouchers Information
- Please ensure you enter the recipient’s email address for the person who will be using the voucher. Do not use your own email address, as this will link the voucher to your account and it may not be possible to transfer it later.
- Gift vouchers are available for recipients residing in Great Britain and Northern Ireland only, with orders shipped per our terms and conditions.
- Gift vouchers are primarily intended for online purchases, though they can also be used with the Click and Collect option for in-store pickup.
- Vouchers are sent electronically on the specified date to the provided email address, and payment is charged at the time of purchase. Each voucher remains valid for 12 months from the date of issue, with the voucher amount chosen by the purchaser.
- The gift voucher will be credited to the recipient’s account as e-wallet credit, redeemable at checkout. A confirmation email will be sent to the purchaser once we confirm the order. Gift vouchers may be cancelled by the purchaser within 1 hour of purchase but are not valid until the confirmation email is received.
- Please note that unwanted vouchers cannot be returned, and voucher codes cannot be used to buy another gift voucher.
- If the recipient does not already have an online account, they will need to create one using the email address to which the voucher was sent, which can be done during checkout. The funds will automatically appear as an option to apply toward the purchase at checkout.
- If the total purchase is less than the voucher amount, remaining funds will stay in the e-wallet for future use; if the purchase exceeds the voucher amount, the balance must be paid by card. Items bought using gift vouchers can be returned or exchanged but are not eligible for a refund. Only additional funds paid beyond the voucher value will be refunded, and a new voucher code will be issued for the voucher portion.
